Groei BV is a small, independent software company in Utrecht, the Netherlands. We develop and publish our own products — and grow them ourselves.
Groei BV was founded by Arkadiy Kondrashov. After 11 years building and scaling growth and demand-generation functions for SaaS, fintech and e-commerce companies, he started Groei BV to put that experience to work on his own products — designing, building and publishing mobile apps and B2B SaaS tools end-to-end.
The name says the intent: groei is Dutch for growth. We're a product studio with a growth engine built in — so the things we make don't just get built, they find the people they're for. Today that means AgentReady, our live Chrome extension that scores WooCommerce stores for agentic-commerce readiness, and KidsTube, a calmer video app for young children — with more in development.
