These terms describe Pocket Finance AI, provided by Groei B.V. The App Store release is in preparation. The app is licensed under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms supplement that license with product and subscription information; they do not reduce any mandatory consumer rights.
What the app does
Pocket Finance helps you keep and analyze copies of financial records that you choose to import. It does not hold funds, initiate payments, trade investments, prepare tax filings, or provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Direct bank connections are not available in the current MVP. Review important amounts against your original bank records.
Supported imports depend on file structure and correct mapping. Scanned PDFs, older binary XLS files, and unrecognized formats are not supported. Recurring costs are estimates. Missing statements can change comparisons. Each analysis uses one currency, with no exchange-rate conversion. Optional local AI answers may contain mistakes; check them against calculated amounts and source records. They are not professional financial, investment, tax or legal advice.
Trials, prices, and renewal
We plan to offer a weekly subscription at €2.99 per week and a yearly subscription at €24.99 per year, each with a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers. These are EUR base prices. Apple shows your actual localized price, applicable tax treatment, offer eligibility, and billing period before you confirm a purchase.
Both plans provide the same access to statement imports and nearby family sync. Only one introductory trial is available per eligible Apple Account within the subscription group; switching plans does not create a new trial. Apple determines eligibility.
After the free trial, your Apple Account is charged for the selected plan unless you cancel in time. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple may charge for renewal within the preceding 24 hours. Any unused trial portion may be forfeited when a paid subscription begins, subject to Apple’s terms.
Cancel, restore, or request a refund
Manage or cancel through iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or the app’s Manage subscription control. Apple determines when access ends, as shown in your subscription settings; trial access may end immediately if canceled. Deleting the app or local data does not cancel billing. See Apple’s cancellation instructions.
Use Restore purchases in the app with the Apple Account that made the purchase. Purchases restore access, not financial records: the app has no cloud ledger backup. Request an eligible refund through Apple’s Report a Problem service. Statutory withdrawal rights and other mandatory consumer remedies continue to apply.
Your records and sharing choices
Only import or share records you have permission to use. You remain responsible for keeping original statements, reviewing import choices, and checking who can receive shared accounts. Each paired phone keeps its own copy. Removing data on one phone cannot erase another phone’s copy.
Without an active subscription, you can still explore the synthetic demo, view existing records, and use privacy and deletion controls. New statement imports and nearby synchronization require active trial or subscription access. Subscription Family Sharing through Apple is not promised; family ledger sync is a separate app feature.
Availability and responsibility
Features may be corrected or updated, and may depend on supported iOS versions and device capabilities. We take reasonable care to provide the app as described. We cannot guarantee that every bank format will work or that incomplete records will produce a complete picture of your finances. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory rights relating to digital content and services.
Dutch law applies to these supplemental terms, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of habitual residence. Consumers retain any right to bring disputes before a competent local court.
